Sr. Financial Analyst
Job Summary
ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within a fast-growing business segment. This position will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop financial models, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to communicate financial data effectively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- (30%) Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive customer pricing, programming, promotions, and new product investment decisions.
- (30%) Drive monthly close process including accruals, variance investigation, and financial reporting, identifying key business drivers and trends against historical performance and forecast.
- (20%) Deliver in-depth monthly analysis of P&L results and prepare executive-level management presentations to inform strategic decision-making; includes margin performance, pricing analytics, and operational KPIs.
- (20%) Provide actionable financial insights to assess risks and uncover opportunities, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions to achieve financial commitments.
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
- Strong ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of business forecasting and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Comprehensive understanding of P&L analysis, covering revenue, COGS, and operating margin.

Work Environment:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
This position will be hybrid and will be onsite Tuesday through Thursday in our Lake Forest, CA office.
The annual salary for this role is $81,802-$128,546.
The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role. Benefits and additional compensation offered for this position are
