Senior NPI Quality Engineer

职位概要Job Summary：
统筹新产品导入阶段的全流程质量控制，结合客户需求和项目目标，识别关键特殊特性、风险，策划控制节点及活动，保证项目目标达成和新产品高质量导入量产。 
Coordinate the quality control of the whole process in the new product introduction stage, identify key special characteristics and risks, plan control nodes and activities according to customer needs and project objectives, and ensure the achievement of project objectives and high-quality introduction and mass production of new products.

工作职责  Responsibilities : 
1、参与评审客户设计图纸、技术规范和相关文件，识别客户质量要求和关键特殊特性。
Participate in the review of customer design drawings, technical specifications and related documents, identify customer quality requirements and key special characteristics.
2、制定内部新产品品质标准和质量控制计划，确定过程控制点和控制方法，确保产品符合客户要求。
Develop internal new product quality standards and quality control plans, determine process control points and control methods, and ensure that products meet customer requirements.
3、负责制定新产品导入阶段的质量控制文件（产品控制计划、检验作业指导书、检具和测量设备清单等）和新产品质量签样。
Responsible for the formulation of quality control documents (product control plan, inspection work instructions, check and measuring equipment list, etc.) and the quality sample of new products during the new product introduction phase.
4、组织对NPI各阶段输出进行评审。
Organize the evaluation of NPI output at each stage.
5、主导新产品试产过程中质量问题的汇总和数据分析，推动和跟进所有质量问题的改善。
Led the summary and data analysis of quality problems during the trial production of new products, promoted and followed up the improvement of all quality problems.
6、负责内部ISIR签批和PPAP 相关资料的收集与审核，确保资料的准确性与完整性。
Responsible for internal ISIR approval and PPAP related data collection and review, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
7、经验教训总结：总结项目中的质量问题和改进经验，形成知识库，为后续项目提供参考。
Summary of experience and lessons: Summarize the quality problems and improvement experience in the project, form a knowledge base, and provide reference for subsequent projects.
8、维护和优化新产品导入流程和工作实践的规范性。
Maintain and optimize the standardization of new product introduction process and working practice.

任职条件Requirements:
1、大专以上学历，机械工程相关专业。   
College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
2、质量管理从业经验5年以上，至少3年新产品开发质量管理相关工作经验，具有五金行业背景。
More than 5 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years of work experience in quality management related to new product development, and a background in the hardware industry.
3、良好的问题分析解决能力，可以熟练应用FMEA，SPC，APQP， MSA， PPAP等质量工具。
Good problem analysis and solution ability, proficient in FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP and other quality tools. 
4、具有强烈的责任心，良好的组织协调及沟通能力、系统思考能力 。       
Have a strong sense of responsibility, good organizational coordination and communication skills, systematic thinking ability.
5、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as a working language.
