EHS Engineer

工作职责 Responsibilities：
1、负责公司环保、职业健康管理，包括现场监督管理、标准化推进、组织进行现场风险、隐患排查及推动改善。
Responsible for the company's environmental protection and occupational health management, including on-site supervision and management, standardization promotion, on-site risk and hidden trouble investigation and promotion of improvement.
2、负责组织编制、更新、培训、推行EHS管理制度、安全操作规程.；
Responsible for organizing the compilation, updating, training and implementation of EHS management system and safe operation rules.
3、负责策划和组织实施EHS培训和管理，组织开展安全活动。
Responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of EHS training and management and organizing and carrying out safety activities.  
4、协助环保、健康、安全类事故的现场救援和事故调查，负责编制调查报告、推动整改措施的有效实施和预防管控。
Assist in the on-site rescue and accident investigation of environmental protection, health, and safety accidents, prepare investigation reports, promote the effective implementation of rectification measures, prevention, and control. 
5、协助现场安全管理及推动安全隐患整改。
Assisted in on-site safety management and promoted the rectification of potential safety hazards.
6、负责ISO14001和ISO45001体系实施性日常运行管理。
Responsible for the daily operation management of ISO14001&ISO45001 system implementation.
7、负责EHS文化宣传的策划和推行。
Responsible for the planning and implementation of EHS cultural publicity.
8、部门日常性其它事务。
Other daily affairs of the department。

任职条件Requirements:
1、本科以上学历，具有安全工程、环境管理、机械自动化或化学工程背景优先。
College degree or above, preferably with safety engineering, environmental management, mechanical automation, or chemical engineering background.
2、熟练使用Office软件和图片，有一定的文字功底；英语四六水平以上，具备的英文读、写能力和基础的口语沟通。
Proficient in Office software and, with certain text skills; Cet-6 or above, with English reading and writing skills as well as basic oral communication skills.
3、良好的团队意识，善于跨部门沟通协调，熟悉环保、健康、安全管理要求，熟悉EHS类法律法规要求。
Good team spirit, good at cross-department communication and coordination, familiar with environmental protection, health, and safety management requirements, familiar with EHS laws and regulations.
4、具备较强的抗压能力。
With a strong ability to work under pressure.
5、两年以上EHS工作经验（美资公司从业经验优先）；具备ISO14001体系管理经验。
At least 2 years EHS management related working experience (working experience in American company is preferred);  Experience in ISO14001 system management.
