What you would do as our Sales Representative Adria Region

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, project sales, business development, and relationship management within the fields of BMS, access control, RFID locking solutions, and smart building technologies.

You would also:

  • Provide administrative and operational assist to the sales team and prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and service documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries related to services, pricing, and order status and maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP system (AX Dynamics)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, service teams)
  •  assist sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills, recognizes and is able to present solutions with: IoT, Smart Room Automation solutions, and their integration with the rest of our product portfolio.
  • Has minimum 5 years of experience in both B2B and B2 sales environments.
  • Has proven ability to develop relationships with corporate clients, investors, hotel operators, system integrators, and end users and has experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Is fluent in English and Croatian language and willing to travel on daily basis.
