HID is currently looking for an intern to join our Secure Issuance (SI) Team and be part of our successful journey. During your internship you will work with our Engineers and get the opportunity to learn from the highly qualified staff. We expect you to support our engineers with all aspects of development and quality control. As part of the team, you will contribute to work required to successfully release a product, including assistance in: test development in Python, Continuous Integration, test virtualization with Windows and Linux, git, Jenkins. We expect you to share our agile values, be motivated, focused, take initiative, and remain eager to learn. You will work as part of a team and independently.

As our Test Engineer Intern with Python, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Supporting test development in Python
• Supporting flow of continuous delivery
• Testing automation with Windows and Linux 

What we will love about your background: 

• Active student status 
• Availability to work minimum 20h per week, for at least 14 weeks
• Very good English, both written and spoken - because you'll be working in a multinational environment

Your Experience and Education include:             

• Proficiency in Python
• Practical knowledge about Linux
• Readiness to acquire knowledge
