As our Senior Marketing Communications Specialist  you’ll support HID’s success by: 


  • Advise on and build newsletters, emails, landing pages, nurtures, and forms in Marketo following brand guidelines and adhering to industry best practices supporting HID Global business area marketers, across the globe
  • Create content tracks and make best practices recommendations for PathFactory
  • Support campaign creation and list uploading process within Marketo and Salesforce
  • Create regular (monthly) campaign reporting
  • Research, create cost/benefit analysis and recommend new MarTech
  • Use project management tool, Workfront, to receive, manage and communicate on all assigned projects.
  • Use testing tool, Litmus, to test Marketo projects and communicate changes with marketing managers
  • Support technology and vendor integrations to Marketo
  • Advise on best practices for lead management of digital marketing
  • Assist manager with corporate lead gen campaigns
  • Other demand gen special projects assigned as needed

  • Ability to actively own, project manage and be accountable for all assigned projects through final delivery, meeting all timeline milestones using our project management tool, Workfront
  • Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills utilizing collaboration tools: online meetings, email, Microsoft Teams and Workfront



Your Qualifications and Experience include: 


  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing or relevant technical field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Solid experience in managing global B2B email marketing/lead generation programs required
  • Knowledge in Marketing Automation processes including campaign creation, lead management and online marketing
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
  • Solid grounding within the B2B environment, to understand ROI and calculate it in the most general of terms.
