As our Product Owner, you’ll support HID’s success by: 


  • Leading the assigned agile teams as a product owner
  • Being rsponsible for the assigned team backlogs; ensure the teams have a prioritized and estimated backlog according to business priorities and ensure timely delivery of features
  • Refining Program Backlog as an active member of POs/PMs team
  • Creating, analyzing and refining Epics and Features with relevant functions
  • Breakdown of epics/features into user stories in discussion with relevant functions to enable incremental value delivery
  • Providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and implementation,
  • Validating that completed user story meets Acceptance Criteria and progresses towards Acceptance criteria of the epic/feature
  • Proactively managing dependencies with other Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects
  • Preparing for and participating in System Demos and Program Increment Planning meetings
  • Providing and contributing to Roadmap, Management Information reporting as well as project status metrics.



What we will love about your background: 


  • Knowledge and experience in Software and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean, DevOps etc.)
  • Ability to lead a team of professionals through the product development and introduction cycle
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
  • Able to work autonomously but also operate as part of a strong, cohesive team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Fluent in Agile Tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Polish & English language, both verbally and in writing



Your Experience and Education include:             


  • 3+ years’ experience as a product owner in delivering and deploying Software, Tools and Services
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a background in software, firmware and/or hardware. Alternatively related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
