As our PLM Engineer, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Working in our PLM tool and raising ECOs/MCOs and maintaining BOMs
• Working with the change analyst on ECO/MCO implementation in the system
• Working with PM, PO, ME, SC, SC NPI, R&D (cross functional team) to perform changes in the system/BOM
• Working in the Safe® Agile Framework and supporting on meetings and review processes
• Supporting PO on ticketing in the ticketing system (e.g. Jira)
• Supporting ME and SC NPI on change management
• Label Artwork updates – (helping to get label content update)
• Doing simple file content update what are product related
• Doing continuous improvements on approval processes in the system
• Checking change content on right naming and formatting.

Your Experience and Background include:  

• Must be a flexible, decisive and proactive problem solver
• Must be Work and communicate in a cross-functional team environment comprised of R&D, quality assurance, PM, PO, SC, SC NPI, ME  etc.
• Must be a team player, dependable and able to perform in a fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing
• Can manage several urgent topics in parallel and is able to priorities those to a certain level
• Communicate in a clear and friendly way and set the right expectation to the Customer
• Has a sense for details and quality of his work (focus on details)
• Must have basic technical understanding (BOM, Packaging, Processes, ...)
• Must have basic MS office knowledge
