What would you do as our Lead IoT Software Engineer

• You will lead the development of the platform's connectivity features
• You will focus on IoT features such as secure communication, firmware update, and provisioning
• You will ensure the interconnectivity of the digital lock firmware with the mobile SDK (both iOS and Android), and the cloud (AWS)
• You will be part of the cross-functional development team working with the code and development team on daily basis
• You will also work closely with the architects group to design the future and shape the direction of the development

The skills and experience you need:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong hands-on experience in software and/or firmware development, preferably in IoT area, both for embedded and mobile devices. C + Python + Node.JS + Swift + Kotlin stack is preferable, with openness for other technologies
• Wide knowledge and deep understanding of IoT protocols and communication technologies. Understanding of BLE and CoAP is crucial in this role.
• Understanding of security aspects of IoT. You should be familiar with terms such as provisioning, PKI, keystore, secure firmware update.
• Technical leadership skills
• Experience in building scalable solutions and high available distributed systems meeting reliability and security criteria
