IoT QA Intern

What you will be doing

During your internship, you will work with our engineers and get the opportunity to learn from highly qualified staff by supporting them in all aspects of protocol testing, primarily focusing on CoAP-based protocols.

 

As part of the team, you will contribute to the work required to successfully release a high-quality product. Some of your tasks will include:


  • Writing tests in Python-based test frameworks
  • Conducting exploratory testing
  • Preparing data for testing
  • Reporting bugs
  • Investigating issues

 

As you will work with modern IoT products for the access control market, you will get hands-on experience with the latest cryptography technologies and protocols. We invest a lot into Continuous Integration and Test Automation, and you will gain significant experience with Docker, GitLab CI , and Python.

 

Your profile

  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week
  • Very good English, both written and spoken - because you will be working in a multinational environment
  • Student of Information Technology, Automatic Control and Robotics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related fields
  • Practical skills in coding with Python
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Motivation to take care of quality assurance and continuous integration (CI)

We will be very interested in your private or university projects or activities in scientific clubs, which you will present to us during the interview.
