As our Human Resources Generalist, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

 

  • Working closely with the HR SSC team of ASSA ABLOY to ensure required documents (such as employment contracts and annexes) are provided to employees on time and in compliance with labor law
  • Managing HR documentation flow
  • Coordinating the time and attendance process
  • Supporting the development and updating of HR documentation, including policies and procedures
  • Ensuring effective communication with employees regarding current processes, upcoming changes, and required actions
  • Ensuring that all employee files are up to date and that relevant stakeholders are informed of any changes
  • Managing monthly headcount and turnover reporting, as well as other ad hoc reports as required
  • Managing HR systems
  • Coordinating health and safety training in cooperation with external vendors
  • Cooperating with benefits providers
  • Conducting exit interviews

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

          

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in HR, Administration or Psychology) or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail
  • 3-5 years HR experience
  • A good knowledge of Polish employment legislation
  • Can work on own initiative and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Enova or ADP would be a plus
  • Delivers induction training to all new starters
  • Supports the organization of training in line with training needs
  • Updates training systems
  • Participate in HR projects as appropriate
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with other on-site divisions to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to local staff
  • Participates in internal and external audits as required (e.g. ISO 9001)
