As our HR Intern, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Assisting with administrative tasks related to HR document management
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees
• Helping prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation
• Assisting in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities 

Your Experience and Background include:  

• Active student status
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 14 weeks
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken, as you will be working in a multinational environment
• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail
• Prior experience (internships, student organizations, etc.) in HR is a plus
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) is a plus
