What you will do as our HRBP

In this role You report to the HR Operational Manager in Stockholm and have a dotted line to the Director of Engineering in Kraków within Americas division. You will work closely with other HR colleagues and business divisional managers in Kraków and Stockholm.

The responsibilities will involve the full HR remit - comprehensive and professional HR service to the business - including stakeholder management, talent management, mobility, managing all current processes and procedures. Providing business with HR information and recommendations HR to guide and influence choices for Americas division in Kraków and Stockholm.

You would also:

  • Drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and talent capabilities to assist engineering innovation and growth across teams in Kraków and Stockholm, while addressing local HR needs and challenges.
  • Partner with engineering managership and managers in Poland and Sweden to direct organizational change, transformation initiatives, and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, retention, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and assist business goals.
  • Provide proactive HR advisory and operational assist throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, policies, and HR best practices.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR programs, assist talent acquisition efforts, and leverage qualitative and quantitative people data to inform and influence business choices.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 4 years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational challenges effectively.
  • Brings strong business acumen combined with systematic, consulting, project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates strong managership,  coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively in both Polish and English (written and spoken); Swedish language skills or a willingness to learn Swedish labor law and employment practices would be an advantage.
  • Can direct end-to-end HR processes and projects, while maintaining a positive mindset, high professional standards, and a people-focused approach.
