Join our R&D organization in Kraków and become part of a collaborative, international team developing modern, secure IoT solutions for access control.
This internship is ideal for someone who wants to combine firmware‑level work on a Zephyr RTOS‑based system with test automation in a real production environment.
 

What you will be doing

As a Full‑Stack IoT Intern, you will work closely with experienced firmware and QA engineers and gain hands‑on experience across multiple layers of the system.

 

  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues in a Zephyr RTOS‑based firmware platform
  • Debugging system‑level and firmware‑level problems
  • Analyzing logs, device behavior, and protocol communication
  • Fixing simple bugs or supporting senior engineers in bug fixing
  • Gaining hands‑on exposure to embedded development in C
  • Supporting protocol‑level work, including CoAP‑based communication

Testing, QA & Automation

  • Writing automated tests using Python‑based test frameworks
  • Contributing to test automation and CI pipelines
  • Conducting exploratory testing on IoT devices
  • Preparing test data and test environments
  • Reporting and tracking defects, and supporting root‑cause analysis
You will work with modern IoT products for the access‑control market, gaining exposure to security standards, cryptography, and wireless communication.
You will also use AI-based tools on a daily basis to support development, testing, debugging, and analysis, learning how modern engineering teams effectively combine expertise with AI-assisted workflows

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated student who wants to grow primarily in embedded firmware, while also contributing to testing and quality.
You should have:
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week
  • Very good English, written and spoken, as you will work in a multinational environment
  • Fluent in Polish - must have
  • Student status in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Automatic Control, Robotics, or a related field
  • Interest in embedded systems and firmware development
  • Basic knowledge of C programming or strong willingness to learn
  • Practical experience with Python
  • Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Interest in testing, quality assurance, and CI

 

Experience with IoT, Zephyr RTOS, Linux, networking, or electronics is a plus
