Cloud Infrastructure Engineer



In CLIQ® you will be working with one of most important and successful products in our portfolio. 

The CWM team is developing a full feature web based enterprise level access control software (called CLIQ® Web Manager) which provides easy, secure and flexible management of our clients’ keys and cylinders.  


What you would do as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer 

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Kraków and take care of the AWS Infrastructure of the product that we develop.  

In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technologies to help us strive towards by managing and optimizing existing architecture to improve productivity and implementing new solutions.


Your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Define security architecture with VPCs, subnets, IAM  

  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of end-to-end DevOps lifecycle  

  • Working alongside the dev team to provide and implement Cloud best practices across the project  

  • Technical responsibility of deployed solutions, including related documentation  

  • Helping the teams to become more mature in the Cloud setup, security and Continuous delivery  


Some natural aspects of the role will involve writing code, improving the codebase, participating in system design discussions, contributing to a solid and reliable architecture, setting-up work standards and contributing as an active member in a team of developers.  


The skills and experience you need  

We are looking for Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with knowledge and experience in the following areas:  

  • Strong Cloud experience within AWS services like VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, Lambda 

  • Automation and scripting experience preferably in the technologies like Terraform, Ansible, Shell 

  • Experience on Containerization technology like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS 

  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab 

  • SQL Database fundamentals 

  • At minimum, basic awareness of threats to software security (for example, familiar with OWASP TOP 10). 

  • Experience in working in Scrum/Agile. 

  • As our common business language, you should be communicative in spoken and written English.   

  • Strong team player, with cross functional team collaboration skills. 


Knowledge and experience in the following areas:  

- AWS

- Docker, Kubernetes 

- Jenkins, Git
