What you will be doing
During your internship, you will work with our team and get the opportunity to learn from highly qualified staff by supporting them in various administrative and organizational tasks. Some of your tasks will include:
- Organizing information from scrum meetings (retrospectives, etc.)
- Taking care of presentation preparation for demos and other events
- Helping with administrative tasks in Jira
- Preparation of big room planning ceremonies (catering, hosting guests, branding, announcements)
- Supporting information sharing (i.e., announcements, team pages)
- Supporting management of improvement ideas, innovation, and knowledge sharing, and best practices
- Keeping orders up to date (equipment, prototypes, etc.)
- Organizing team building events
Your profile
- Anyone eager to start their Agile Management journey
- Nice to have: Experience or interest in task management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
- Fluent in Polish and English
We want the internship to be in line with your chosen direction of development, interest, and passion.
We will be very interested in your private or university projects or activities in scientific clubs, which you will present to us during the interview.
