The Role
This is a field‑based, on‑the‑road position servicing industrial and commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial doors, roller shutters and dock solutions
- Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Communicating directly with customers on-site
- Managing your own workload once trained
- Participating in an on‑call roster, paid at higher rates
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with:
- Industrial doors
- Roller shutters
- Automatic doors
- Dock levellers
- Gates or similar mechanical systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable and motivated work ethic
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift and scissor lift licences (preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights
While experience with industrial doors is advantageous, we are also keen to hear from candidates from adjacent industries who bring strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn including, Electricians, carpenters, construction trades, plumbers, gas fitters, facilities maintenance and HVAC installers.
Full product training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
