Project Manager

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Manager to join our Commercial team based in Yennora. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects from post-sales through to completion, ensuring successful delivery, outstanding customer outcomes, and operational excellence.

Working closely with customers, subcontractors, installation teams and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality entrance system solutions safely, on time and within budget.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will ensure products are fit for purpose, installation methodologies are safe and effective, and customer requirements are met while maintaining profitability and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from handover through to completion and closeout
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project plans and monitor progress against milestones
  • Manage project risks, issues and change controls
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Review technical requirements and provide product-related advice
  • Prepare and manage project documentation and production information
  • Monitor project budgets and support financial performance objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements
  • Complete project handover and closeout documentation

About You

You are a proactive and organised project professional with a strong understanding of commercial construction environments and installation-based projects. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of stakeholders and driving successful project outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Previous experience in commercial construction, building products, or a related industry
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and construction documentation
  • Strong understanding of installation methodologies and site requirements
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets and stakeholder communications
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using document management systems such as Aconex is desirable
  • Current driver's licence
