Job Summary:
Responsible for equipment development, ramp up and standardization for lockset.
主要负责锁具相关产品装配设备的开发、量产及标准化工作。
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Mexicali Automation Development / 支持墨西哥工厂自动化开发(30%)
Support Mexico automation development. Ensure alignment in equipment design, control systems, technical spec, and project execution between sites.
支持墨西哥工厂自动化项目开发,确保两地设备在技术路线、控制系统、技术标准及项目执行上的一致性。
- Equipment Development & Ramp-up / 设备开发与导入(20%)
Lead the development of equipment specifications based on product process requirements; coordinate design reviews, supplier/fabrication schedules, buy-off, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up to ensure on-time, on-quality, and safe delivery of equipment.
根据产品工艺需求,主导设备技术规格制定,组织设计评审、供应商选型、制造进度管控、验收调试及量产导入,确保设备按时、按质、安全交付。
- Technology Innovation & Continuous Improvement / 技术创新与持续改进(20%)
Continuously research and apply new technologies to equipment to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and stability.
持续关注并引入行业先进技术,应用于设备设计与优化,不断提升设备的生产效率、产品质量、安全性与运行稳定性。
- Training on New Equipment (5%) / 设备操作与维护培训(10%)
Provide training to operators and maintenance technicians on the correct operation and basic maintenance of new equipment.
负责新设备投入使用前,对生产操作人员及设备维护人员进行操作与保养培训,确保其具备正确使用与基础维护能力。
- Equipment Optimization & Change Management (10%) / 设备优化与变更管理(10%)
Manage equipment modifications resulting from product or process changes; continuously optimize existing equipment to improve safety, quality, and OEE.
针对产品设计或工艺变更,及时进行设备改造与调整;持续优化现有设备,提升其在安全性、质量与综合设备效率(OEE)方面的表现。
- Automation Standard Development (10%) / 自动化标准完善(10%)
Optimize automation equipment specifications and standards year over year to promote modularization
持续优化自动化设备技术规范与标准,推动设备标准化与模块化
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of customized (non-standard) equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in comprehensive customized equipment design and manufacturing, with experience leading or actively participating in the development of highly complex equipment projects.
- Problem-Solving & Hands-on Skills: Strong practical ability, with solid expertise in equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, along with strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities.
