Joining the HID Identification Technologies Sales Team:

The successful candidate will be working in the Identification Technologies (IDT) business unit within HID Global. IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services. The sales team provides technical expertise to support account managers, inside sales and channel partners in closing deals with current and prospective customers. Ideal candidates for this role will support the successful positioning of the HID Workforce Identity Management Business Unit product portfolio with prospective and existing customers.


As our Hospitality Sales Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Developing new business and managing sales pipeline for Convention Centers, Cruise Ships and Sport Arenas.
  • Conducting high volume of prospecting (cold calling included) to identify new opportunities.
  • Generating and qualifying leads and increasing pipeline opportunities in US and around the world.
  • Closing sales and providing detailed and accurate sales forecast.
  • Maintaining sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Taking responsibility for daily sales activities and managing overall sales process and keeping sales activities in CRM.

Your Experience and Education include:             

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to travel (40%-50%). Please note that travel to our Woodland Hills, CA office is expected on a quarterly basis.
