One PIM is our chosen tailored Product Information Management solution. The EMEIA One PIM vision is to simplify the sharing of product information and facilitate high-quality data via one common source of truth, in a cost-efficient manner.
The EMEIA division is looking to appoint the One PIM Programme Manager to lead the EMEIA One PIM strategy and actively drive the One PIM programme of works while passionately steering related change and culture to meet business objectives and high-quality outcomes.


This newly created role will be part of the EMEIA Commercial Development team and report to the Commercial Digital Strategy Director EMEIA. The role will involve working closely with: Group center One PIM owner and team, EMEIA IT One PIM lead, EMEIA Data Manager, product owners, and key stakeholders from across the regions responsible for the One PIM implementation in respective markets.



Principal Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy
•    Establish the EMEIA One PIM strategy and governance, and secure resources to deliver the strategy while ensuring business continuity.
•    Collaborate closely with relevant EMEIA and Group stakeholders to further develop and maintain the One PIM roadmap and strategy to support EMEIA’s commercial strategy and objectives.
•    Overall responsibility for the rollout and adoption of One PIM across EMEIA within established timeline, budget and expected quality.
•    Provide clarity around priorities and goals of programme and ensure these are translated into working practice. 
•    Identify and manage programme risks and opportunities to improve business practices and operations.
•    Monitor and report regularly the progress of the programme and provide transparent updates to organisation.
•    Motivate and lead One PIM stakeholders across EMEIA while providing guidance and support to them for efficient implementation of One PIM.
•    Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, nurture a productive cross-functional collaboration, and help partner with subject matter experts to achieve programme goals.
•    Lead the EMEIA One PIM Steering Committee to help drive a lean delivery of the programme and alignment across related priorities and initiatives.
•    Manage direct reports responsible for One PIM implementation within the EMEIA commercial development team (tbc from year two)

Change Management

•    Collaborate closely with EMEIA Data Manager, product owners and regional stakeholders to drive required change to meet business objectives while ensuring data ownership and availability of high-quality data via One PIM.
•    Develop and rollout a comprehensive internal communication strategy and plan to support programme delivery and drive a healthy PIM culture throughout the organisation.

Adoption and Engagement

•    Work closely with One PIM Group owner and EMEIA IT leads to establish robust support organisation and further develop the One PIM training programme to ensure high adoption and business continuity for One PIM.
•    Implement enhanced framework and KPI to track and improve One PIM usage and user adoption and capture feedback to improve the overall One PIM solution and programme delivery methods.



Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities


Experience and education

•    Significant previous experience of operating at a senior level in programme/project management roles.
•    Proven track record of shaping and leading teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver large scale programmes. Experience in successfully leading complex PIM programmes preferred. 
•    Experience in measuring, monitoring and reporting performance KPI.
•    Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports through agile delivery in a multi-cultural matrix environment.
•    Demonstrated track record of developing and fostering effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and with diverse internal customer groups.
•    Educated in an industry-related degree.
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.

Abilities and personal qualities

•    An established business acumen leader with personal gravitas and ability to network, influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels to achieve pre-defined outcomes and navigate change.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to vary communication styles to suit both technical and non-technical audience. 
•    A highly organised strategic thinker who can prioritise and balance a busy workload while taking knowledgeable decisions within a fast pasted agile working environment. 
•    A proven team player that is passionate about developing and delivering transformation projects.
•    Professional English language skills, other European languages a plus.
•    Prepared to travel up to 60% in the role.
