VP & Head of Finance EMEIA

Role Purpose

As part of the continued evolution of our finance organisation, we are seeking a strategic, commercially minded and results-driven VP & Head of Finance EMEIA. In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead the divisional Finance function, strengthen performance management and financial stewardship, and accelerate the modernisation of reporting, analytics, automation and AI-enabled decision support.

The role serves as a strategic partner to the SVP & CFO, ensuring effective decision-making, strong financial stewardship and sustainable value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing, collaborative and future-ready finance team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and business partnership.
• Lead actual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance management processes.
• Drive profitable growth, cash generation and working capital optimisation.
• Provide robust analysis of business performance, risks and opportunities.
• Challenge investment decisions, resource allocation and business cases.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions and business transformation programmes.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, statutory compliance and audit activities.
• Maintain a strong control environment across the division.
• Drive finance transformation and reporting modernisation.
• Develop AI, analytics, automation and digital finance capabilities.
• Sponsor intelligent automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Enhance management reporting, data quality and business insight.
• Build strong relationships with Business Area CFOs, Product Segment Finance teams and functional leadership.
• Prepare Board, Executive Committee and senior management presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professionally qualified accountant, strong preference for Chartered status.
• Strong financial leadership, commercial judgement and business acumen.
• Broad competency across finance, controls, tax, legal and compliance.
• Strong exposure to working capital, cost efficiency and performance management.
• Experience working with ERP, BI and modern reporting platforms.
• M&A due diligence, integration and post-acquisition governance experience.
• Experience operating in a senior finance role within a complex, multi-site business environment spanning commercial and operational activities.
• Thorough understanding of Group and international accounting principles, financial controls, governance and statutory compliance.
• Ability to lead, influence and align direct and matrix teams across a complex organisation.
