We are currently recruiting for a Product Owner to join the EMEIA E-business team.


What you would do as Product Owner EMEIA

Reporting to the Head of Digital Platforms EMEIA, you will play a significant part in delivering the E-business strategy by rolling out DTC platforms and supporting the regions in the setup of the new platform. 


Whilst competent in gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints, to be successful in this role, you should also be able to identify user needs and understand business value to prioritise work effectively and work with cross-functional team to manage releases.

The skills and experience you need

As the ideal candidate, you'll be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience of managing digital products – including backlog management, iteration planning, developing user stories ready for refinement
  • Significant experience in implementing e-Business strategy and driving both internal and external adoption (and preferably B2C)
  • Experience of building, managing, and optimising a large consumer-facing website 
  • Prior experience in playing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of releases/sprint goals
  • In depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Familiarity working in a cross-disciplined team framework to ensure rapid prototyping 
  • You'll need to measure and clearly communicate performance and demonstrate how this contributes to the E-business objectives
  • Sound technical expertise, confident in facilitating dialogue across business and technical stakeholders and able to provide recommendations and insights based on data
  • An excellent understanding of the digital development process, including the importance of user-centred design methods
  • Liaising with development partners to ensure new products are delivered on time and in scope with a particular focus on quality
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Tag manager
  • Good experience in developing and articulating customer journeys 
  • Experience in project management and change management


In addition, you’ll have clear ability to communicate and build effective relationships with our stakeholders and work efficiently as part of a diverse team. It is important that you are a highly driven and results-orientated individual, who thrives on delivering on deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We're also looking for you to showcase your passion for delivering exceptional quality. 

As our common business language, fluency in spoken and written English is required (additional language skills are a plus). A willingness to travel within the EMEIA region is also required.
