What you would do as our Openings Studio Analyst EMEIA

Openings Studio™ is ASSA ABLOY’s unique BIM-enabled cloud solution that helps architects, suppliers, installers, contractors, building owners, facilities managers and more to design, specify and maintain openings throughout the entire building lifecycle. The EMEIA division is looking to appoint an Openings Studio Analyst to join an established team supporting a growing Openings Studio userbase and community. This newly created role will report to the BIM Development Manager EMEIA and will involve working closely with the global Openings Studio development team and the Openings Studio leads across all market regions to ensure defined support level is met through best customer experience.

You would also:

• Become subject matter expert in Openings Studio and practice as EMEIA level support fulfiller (troubleshoot, resolve and escalate as appropriate while ensuring agreed support and service level is met).
• Escalate and liaise with Openings Studio global support and development team based in the USA.
• Manage and coordinate any technical aspects required to stand-up new regions countries in the application.
• Launch new releases, implement upgrades or other maintenance tasks.
• Support the implementation of advanced features and capabilities as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong computer, analytical and organizational skills.
• Is a problem solver that is able to work quickly and methodically and someone who has positive take-charge attitude.
• Has experience in one or more of the following, a plus: Openings Studio, SQL data restores, SSRS development and maintenance.
• Has knowledge of Autodesk® Revit® Architecture or GRAPHISOFT® ARCHICAD® software, it is a plus.
