What would you do as our Customer & Sales Domain Manager EMEIA?   

 

We are looking for a Customer & Sales Domain Manager to work in partnership with the Business Process Owners to deliver an IT roadmap and service that matches the business needs and enables the business to remain as the market leader. You will be the strategic link between the business and IT, regarding applications for Finance, Order to Cash, Data Management, Master Key Systems, close to CRM and eBusiness areas.
The role will lead a medium sized team to manage IT Solutions in the Customers & Sales Domain.
This position will play a significant part in delivering and supporting the strategic ERP Program.

 

You would also:

 

  • Advise SVPs & BPOs on how to leverage IT, through developing and supporting sales.
  • Own the applications landscape, Customers & Sales and the cost budget alongside other KPIs. 
  • Be entitled to execute projects and their related maintenance for all relevant applications.
  • Have full accountability for consolidating and prioritizing the total demand for the Domain through collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Owners, ERP Program Director, Project Managers, Support Service Delivery Organization, and other IT Domains.
  • Be responsible for the Solution Roadmap for the domain to meet the total demand from the organization, through Analysis, Specification, Design, Test/Quality Assurance and handover to the business or project team.
  • Oversee the Acquisition and licence compliant use of IT Solutions for the domain with the Project Managers and procurement team. 

 

The skills and experience you need: 
We are looking for someone who: 

 

  • Has 10+ years of managerial experience in IT roles 
  • Has software development and IT project experience
  • Has previous experience of working with an ERP platform
  • Possesses strong influencing and communication skills, along with an openness and positivity towards change
  • Thrives in fast-paced, demanding environments and has a passion for ensuring quality and on-time delivery

 

Additionally, we seek someone with a willingness to travel and an inspiring and engaging leadership style.
