To help us reach our ambitious targets for e-Business, we are looking for an Amazon Trading Executive to join the central E-Business team within EMEIA. Reporting to the Head of Marketplaces, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are keen to take the next step in your e-commerce or Amazon career, as you’ll play a key role in accelerating sales for online marketplaces and a large international Amazon account.
The ideal candidate will be able to self-manage, have experience with full ownership over online marketplace channels, specifically Amazon Vendor/1P, possess strong commercial acumen and be comfortable managing internal stakeholders across Europe.
Working in a newly set-up central entity, the candidate will help us to create and deliver an Amazon strategy for Europe, run the weekly trading reviews, help manage PPC via agency and own account reporting, as well as helping drive expansion in other key marketplaces across EMEIA.
Additionally, we believe the candidate will also have demonstratable experience:

Delivering growth across Amazon at an international level, preferably via 1P.

Developing and executing long term trading strategies.

Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

Creating cohesive trading plans for online channels.

Adaptable and able to change direction to best suit market and business needs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create into actionable recommendations.

Able to quickly establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Ability to work within a high-pressure environment with multiple stakeholders

Commercially focused with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Comfortable working with different systems
Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of trading, growth and optimisation on Amazon across Europe.
- Working with other members of the team, create and execute a successful trading plan that fuels growth across geographies.
- Support the creation process & execute JBPs (Joint Business Plan) to maximise growth utilising the AVS service.
- Be the business expert on Amazon & use your knowledge to highlight growth opportunities.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns or working closely with agency.
- Working collaboratively with marcom to successfully execute new product and campaign launches, taking responsibility for on-site execution.
- Develop & present case studies and best practices, ensuring products are displayed consistently & up to a strong standard across all online touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain trading reports, and have regular touch points with regions, to monitor performance and providing contextual analysis to support and achieve sales targets.

As our common business language, fluency in spoken and written English is required (additional language skills are highly advantageous). An openness to flexibility and willingness to travel is required, as this role may involve elements of travel within the EMEIA region.
