Fleet and Finance Coordinator

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY – the global leader in opening solutions - is hiring a driven, detail-oriented business professional to work out of our corporate office in Winston Salem, NC as a fleet and finance coordinator.  This position will assist with various fleet and driver-related tasks to support dealer delivery program, as well as supporting banking, treasury, and insurance functions.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain list of drivers/vehicles in fleet software.
• Review safety alerts for potentially unsafe driving events.
• Work with various impacted parties in the event of a vehicle accident.
• Review motor vehicle records to ensure company driving standards are met and ensures necessary certifications and licenses are on file.
• Provide training/information to promote box truck driver safety.
• Maintain driver qualification files.
• Administer various treasury tasks (ex: initiating wires, releasing ACH/bill pays).
• Perform user maintenance/new user setup on banking platforms and update bank account information as needed
• Review fraud alerts and notices and take appropriate action.
• Assist with credit card and fuel card programs.
• Collect information for insurance renewals and COI’s.
• Assist with the Capital Expenditure Request (CER) process.

What we are looking for:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with fleet or finance tasks preferred.
• Microsoft Office/Excel skills.
• Strong organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks/priorities each day.
• Team player with good judgment and ability to learn.

The Details:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and we understand the value of work-life balance. Our office hours are 7:30 – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30-11:30a Fridays.
