To support our global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, the DEIB Manager will partner with key company stakeholders to develop and implement DEIB strategies at the company level, thereby advancing Amarr’s Corporate DEIB goals, objectives, and outcomes.


The successful candidate will participate in the planning and execution of DEIB programs and concepts, including workshops, trainings and speaking opportunities. The candidate will also influence through compiling data, metrics, and reports to both show relevant trends and assess progress and effectiveness of DEIB initiatives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and promote the company’s global DEIB strategy focusing on team member engagement, inclusion, communication, change management, and learning initiatives aligned with the global strategy.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of DEIB programs and concepts, including workshops, trainings and speaking opportunities.
  • Compile data, metrics, and reports to both show relevant trends and assess progress and effectiveness of DEIB initiatives.
  • Working with members of Amarr’s historically underrepresented groups, addressing their concerns and meeting their specific needs.
  • Leading our community engagement efforts, which include continued development of external partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations aligned with DEIB-focused relationships and strategies
  • Develop and launch internal and external DEIB communications strategy in partnership with HR and Marketing, including internal recognition calendar, social media campaigns, and blog posts
  • Assist Amarr with executing company strategy to increase inclusion of diverse suppliers and subcontractors including outreach efforts and forming relationships with trade associations.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years combined experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging  in a corporate, consulting or related environment
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong problem resolution and attention to detail, be solutions-oriented with a drive for innovation and promote a collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging's application to HR, business units, and organizational business priorities
  • Ability to develop effective change management strategies
  • Experience facilitating team member trainings and workshops
