What woud you do as our Trade Sales Manager South 

We want someone to manage our existing trade accounts and help them to grow whilst identifying other customers who would benefit from our leading-edge product & services. You would then use that to recommend ways to help us meet –and beat – our ambitious business goals.


Main Responsibilities and Challenges


  • Maximizing company profitability through effective negotiations
  • Preparing monthly report of past month identifying activities, information received from customers, and any required follow up
  • Reporting on potential future projects, market pricing levels, customer buying trends, product development needs, competitor activity and potential leads for Group divisions to Managing Director
  • Managing and updating CRM software (Prospect) to ensure all customer details are logged and kept up to date,
  • Preparing sales projections for forthcoming month and assisting with projections prior to year-end for forthcoming year



The skills and experience you need


  • Previous / current experience of working in a results orientated commercial environment
  • Ideally experience within the industrial door industry in the UK
  • Experience in internal / external relationship development
  • Being able to demonstrate “Solution Based” selling skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and influencing skills
