What would you do as our Trade Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Lead to join our Door Hardware Group marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for executing our channel strategy, managing high-impact marketing activities, and leading performance reporting—all while collaborating with the team and influencing senior stakeholders. You'll play a key role in generating high-volume demand for leading brands such as UNION, Dale Hardware, Excel Architectural Hardware, and Jigtech, working closely with builders merchants and architectural ironmongers in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
You would also:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align market insights, business goals, and audience needs into a clear marketing strategy, while leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Own the marketing activity plan, ensuring timely execution, KPI setting, and performance reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Build deep audience understanding by engaging directly with customers and trade professionals, tailoring strategies to market dynamics and needs.
- Lead the creation and execution of campaigns and product launches, whilst collaborating with the product teams
- Be hands-on with content creation, channel communication and develop targeted social media strategies.

- Can demonstrate success in delivering strategic, results-driven marketing with strong commercial acumen.
- Is able to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with other teams.
- Is confident in managing multiple projects and budgets with excellent planning skills.
- Is experienced in leading products from concept through to successful market launch.
- Is a high-energy professional with the ability to connect with customers and trade professionals.
