What would you do as our Territory Manager
As our Teritory Manager you will manage an existing set of priority trade customers with further scope to grow the account base by targeted new business opportunities under the direction of the Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and dynamic individual with sales experience who has a passion to drive sales growth across Yale’s complete product offering, which includes Mechanical and Smart Home product. In this role you will be able to showcase your experience of achieving product revenue, margin and product market share.
You would also:
- Maintain a close link via research and customer contact with market place issues in order to identify threats and opportunities.
- Benchmark product and marketing programs against domestic and International competitors.
- Identify opportunities for reducing complexity and cost of doing business.
- Recommend and implementing product rationalisation programs.
- Prepare annual business and marketing plans.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to show initiative and lead a team.
- Is a strong communicator and has strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Has excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Has strong planning and organisation skills.
- Has strong attention to detail and analytical.
