What you would do as our Supply Analyst – Yale Retail

As our Supply Analyst you will support key accounts and online retailers including, Retail, Trade and Locksmith customers. As part of this role you will also work closely with external sales team to achieve sales targets through collaboration with sales and customers. A key focus on the role will be to analyze customers EPOS data to ensure efficiently is delivered for our stock management.

 

You would also:

• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to manage stock levels, forecast demand, and resolve availability issues.

• Coordinate with UK logistics and fulfilment centers to ensure timely sales order processing and issue resolution.

• Engage in daily communication with customers and logistics planners to monitor and support order fulfilment.

• Oversee the introduction of new products and conduct range reviews to support market expansion.

• Manage international supply chain activities, including carrier coordination, freight requisitions, and communication with Far East suppliers.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working with online retailers, trade customers, builder merchants and national DIY retailers.

• Is able to build strong working relationships with internal supply chain.

• Has strong communication, interpersonal and numerical skills.

• Is proficient in working with Excel, Outlook, Teams and has experience of working on supply planning tools / portals.

• Is an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking team player.
