Supply Analyst - Commercial Segment

     

 

The Commercial Group is a business segment of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions UK & Ireland. Our aim is to drive a complete, specified, and certified suite of door hardware into major commercial projects at the design, build, maintenance & refurbishment stages.

Our portfolio includes leading brands such as ASSA ABLOY, Exidor, Lorient, Mul-T-Lock, and Union, offering the industry's broadest selection of door hardware – from locks, architectural hardware, sealing systems, to door closers and panic exit devices. We provide high quality solutions, expertise, and consultative advice to specifiers, trade distributors, locksmiths & door manufacturers – ensuring people and assets are safe and secure.

 

What would you do as our Supply Analyst?

  • Internal Account Management: Act as the key contact for Selco, ensuring high levels of service and consistent support across the account.
  • Service & Inventory Performance: Drive improvements in OTIF and CTD performance, support lead time management, and assist in stock reduction and slow-moving stock initiatives.
  • Stock & Product Support: Ensure stock availability and provide suitable product alternatives to meet customer needs.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain accurate product data and deliver BI reports on account activity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with management and the commercial team to align supply strategies with business objectives.

 

The skills and experience you need:

  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data analysis, with proficiency in AX, BI and Excel.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Team Player: A proactive team member who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive, high-performing work environment.
  • Customer-Oriented & Problem Solver: Focused on delivering great service to internal and external customers, with strong problem-solving abilities.
