What would you do as our Site Manger

As our Site Manager you will assist the Contract Managers to control site installation including a range of activities covering quality, progress and health safety. A key part of the role will be the successful delivery of door/window supply and install projects for our customers. In this role you will be able to showcase your experience of managing subcontractors, budget, future planning.

 

You would also:

  • Record, monitor and maintain site based activity including  EWN’s (Early Warning Notices) and defective works using main contractors site management e-portals.
  • Deliver/record daily active briefings including, toolbox talks with all site based.
  • Plan and organise the management of sub-contract teams to ensure agreed targets/delivery programme are being adhered to including weekly progress report.
  • Manage the recording of materials and fixings including ironmongery with the store person on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of project commercial targets to assist the Contract Managers in maintaining all activities remain within budget.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in fit out, joinery, door and window sub-contract packages.
  • Has proven experience within site management or construction.
  • Is an excellent communicator with good stakeholder management experience.
  • Has a SSSTS Qualification and is a CSCS card holder.
