What would you do as our Service & Installation Coordinator

As our Service and Installation Co-ordinator you will schedule internal and external labour and resources in the successful delivery of service & installation tasks. A key part of the role will require you too liaise with project engineers to arrange their schedule which will involve confirming site appointments and contact with the customer

You would also:

 

  • Provide comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) for the project.
  • Manage timely invoicing for customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized customer service files.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork in advance for engineers.
  • Handle customer calls and helpdesk, ensuring effective communication.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a previous coordinator role
  • Has a strong understanding of RAMs
  • Can show initiative and be a team player
  • Is structured and professional in their approach
  • Has excellent interpersonal communication skills
