- Work closely with managers to identify and address skills gaps and development needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support activities that strengthen communication, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Analyse key HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Partner with Health & Safety and Occupational Health providers to support employee wellbeing and facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and ways of working.
What you'll bring

- A minimum of three years' experience operating at HR Advisor level or above.
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing complex people matters.
- Previous experience working within a unionised environment and building effective Trade Union relationships.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation activities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to balance operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on people and performance.
