What you’ll be doing

In this role, you'll take full ownership of assembly and machining activities within our Operations areas, helping to elevate performance, drive growth, and deliver excellence every day. You'll be at the centre of operational improvement and team development, shaping how we work today and into the future.

 

Key responsibilities

Lead, empower and develop your team to achieve great things
Support the creation and rollout of manufacturing policies and procedures
Track, analyse and improve key operational KPIs
Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives that streamline and enhance production
Grow and develop operational teams through training and upskilling
Take the lead on operational projects, ensuring successful delivery
Work collaboratively with Planning to optimise production performance
Communicate concerns, solutions and progress clearly to stakeholders
Support other areas when needed, teamwork is what we’re all about!

 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and inspires others through strong leadership, clear communication and a positive outlook.

 

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A qualification in Lean or TPM (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, decisive, and results-driven approach
  • The ability to drive positive culture and inspire those around you
