What you would do as our Product Manager

We are looking for someone who will help us manage and develop our product range strategies, in order to drive growth and profitability for Yale Retail UKI.  This exciting opportunity will allow you to create and sponsor roadmaps and generation plans to drive New Product Introduction and product lifecycles.

You would also:

  • Implement the 'go to market' strategies for your product categories
  • Identify VAVE opportunities of the product categories as well as market gaps, key value chain drivers, trends and customer profit potential
  • Regularly interface with the customers in the market and conduct market research
  • Own, maintain and drive the product categories gross margin to enable profitability within each category
  • Manage the new product development programs and create effective cost, price and value propositions
  • Monitor, track and report on the KPI’s for your product categories

 

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:
 

  • has experience in a product management role
  • has a technical understanding and experience with mechanical locking products and architectural hardware specification
  • knows the current construction procurement methods and routes to market
  • can work with Confluence and JIRA Project Tools
