This is a part time vacancy working 30 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 

 

What you would do as a Procurement Administrator:

 

As our Procurement Administrator you would manage and maintain ERP Product records and purchase price agreements as well as support in part code creation and maintenance. A key part of the role will be to assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence and to be the lead for all EDI updates to ensure smooth interface with suppliers.

 

You would also:

  • Support colleagues (8) in the Procurement team with systemic assistance.
  • Raising return purchase orders for supplier goods rejected.
  • Assist in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

The skills and experience you need 

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has previous experience working in an administration / office role and is able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ha excellent interpersonal communication skills along with verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong attention to detail is essential. 
  • Good computer skills for data entry and the ability to use business software applications / Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
