What would you do as our Masterkey Advisor?

• Develop Masterkey suites, allocation and calculation of key combinations relevant to customer orders across all cylinder systems.
• To translate and transfer orders into AX product codes and text.
• Process all Masterkey orders the same day they are received.
• Raise and record clarifications/queries relating to these orders & processing through to conclusion.
• Ensure incoming correspondence coming into the area are distributed and processed.
• Answer the telephone in an efficient and effective manner. Providing excellent customer services at all times.
• Respond to email enquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain Masterkey records (both electronic and manual) ensuring these are both up to date and in good order.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries
• Experience of using Microsoft office packages with good computer skills
• Confidence and resilience with the ability to deal with complex queries.
• Excellent attention to detail.
