Marketing Undergraduate

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Undergraduate to join our Abloy UK team for a 6-12 month placement where no two days are the same. This is your chance to get hands-on across a wide range of marketing activities, build in-demand skills, and make a real impact.

 

What you will be doing:

 

As our Marketing Undergraduate, you’ll play an active role across key marketing functions, including:

 

Exhibitions and events - Supporting the delivery of exhibitions and events, from planning through to post-event analysis, lead follow-up and reporting to measure success. Helping organise and deliver Customer Day events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience 

 

Digital & Social Media - Managing social media channels including scheduling, posting and analysing performance. Creating engaging content for digital platforms including websites, campaigns and social channels 

 

Creative & Content Development - Designing and updating marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Producing content for both digital and offline campaigns, presentations and communications. Helping to create impactful sales materials such as presentations, case studies and sales tools 

 

Campaigns & Communications - Supporting campaign planning and execution across online and offline channels. Assisting with email marketing campaigns including creation, scheduling and performance tracking 

 

Insights & Analytics - Monitoring marketing performance, analysing campaign data and generate actionable insights. Contributing to reports that drives smarter marketing decisions 

 

Paid Media & Innovation - Supporting digital advertising activity, including setup, tracking and optimisation. Exploring how AI tools can enhance marketing efficiency and creativity 

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • A proactive undergraduate studying Marketing or a related degree
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in digital marketing trends, social media and analytics
  • A willingness to learn, experiment and bring fresh ideas
  • Some knowledge of design tools or marketing platforms (a bonus, not essential!)
