We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to assist in the development and delivery of an effective marketing programme aimed at increasing awareness of the HKC brand and support its business objectives for the UK and Ireland.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative and has a passion for digital marketing.
Our Marketing Graduate will be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which includes a 3 month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY.
You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.
What you would do as our Marketing Graduate:
- Develop content for websites, and email campaigns.
- Liaise with Product Management and coordinate efforts to assure that all relevant products, descriptions & images are displayed and optimised online for customers.
- Social Media - working with marketing agency to plan and create paid and organic content and analysing social media performance.
- Managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn and other social media.
- Executing CRM plan - arrange email newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance side by side with helping develop better CRM capability/platform
- Support exhibition activity – stand design support, event organization, lead capture and follow up
- Market Research - assess and document market trends, including competitor activities and customer behaviour - present competitive market analysis to support NPI
- Review brand message and ensure consistency across advertising and campaigns.
- Working with agencies, sales teams, designers, developers, and other team members to create marketing and sales support material, case study content, telesales content and white papers.
- Support the Marketing Lead with developing, managing & administering a loyalty scheme
What we are looking for:
Given the nature of our proramme, we require individuals who are ambitious, keen to develop and have excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- A degree, preferably in a Marketing or Business Studies field.
- A keen eye for detail and the drive to work consistently to the highest standards.
- The ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritise deadlines whilst under pressure.
- The ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of an organisation.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook, with the confidence to put forward ideas and constructively challenge.
