HR Advisor – Maternity Cover


Join our HR Shared Services team for a 9-month maternity cover and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across the business.

What you would do as our HR Advisor


Reporting to the Head of HR – Operations & Commercial, you will:

 

  • Provide generalist HR advice and support across all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance, training, and leaver processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement of policies and processes.
  • Use workforce analytics to enhance processes and employee experience.
  • Support change management initiatives, including organisational restructuring.
  • Maintain compliance with legislation and ensure accurate documentation and system updates. 

The skills and experience you need

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (preferred).
  • Experience in a large, complex organisation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
