EAC Technical Sales Support

What you would do as our EAC Technical Sales Support
You will be primarily responsible for the support both in the field and remotely of all Digital Access Solutions EAC portfolio from design and specification to installation and handover to technical support.
You would also:
- Support and lead project to upgrade existing customer systems to newest platform across the UK and Ireland. This will be a short-term initial project that will require frequent travel and overnight stays.
- Work alongside Commercial Product Manager to execute regional plan for growth in EAC solutions.
- Work with Abloy UK DAS colleagues to support Pre-Sales activities for Primo Electronic Access Control Solutions. Including design and specification of Access Control systems, network and controller layout, door specification and integrations where necessary.
- In consultation with DAS Academy Manager provide continual specification and design training to Abloy UK DAS colleagues.
- In consultation with DAS Academy Manager provide end user training on Primo software.
- In consultation with Tech Support team leader hand over all supporting documentation of Primo systems.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has qualification in a business related/commercial function, or proven track record in appropriate industry or has qualification or proof of experience in IT.
- Has proven track record of on premise integrated Electronic Access Control solutions.
- Has knowledge and experience designing, implementing, commissioning and handover of medium to large EAC solutions.
- Has experience of commissioning Network based electronic security solutions on customers servers and networks.
