What you would do as our Digital Access Solutions Academy Manager

The Digital Access Solutions Academy Manager will be responsible for the continuous development and delivery of educational, technical, and sales driven courses through the Abloy Academy. Education activities designed to develop, drive, and support the sales and commercial strategy for all Abloy and ASSA ABLOY product categories marketed under the Abloy UK remit.

 

You would also:

  • Build, develop, and deliver a full prospectus of appropriate courses covering the solutions and products being marketed. Calendared for both in-house and remote delivery according to needs.
  • Own the training strategy of the Digital Access Solutions business developing the content, delivery and availability of resource as appropriate to support the growth ambition of the business.
  • As appropriate ensure that training material is up to date and available as e-Learning to enable continuous development.  Investigate and Implement suitable e-Learning tools in line with ASSA ABLOY UK IT Policy and Marketing.
  • Clearly understand the requirements of the targeted markets and develop an education program tailored to those customers, channels, and sectors that enable clear specification, delivery, and installation of DAS and associated product.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations supporting the sales teams showing the capabilities of the products and solutions encapsulating and focusing on the needs of the specific channels and sectors.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven record of accomplishment in a sales / training role.
  • Has proven record of marketing electronic security or building management products and technology solutions.
  • Has knowledge and experience of dealing with UK access control systems and distributors thereof would be desirable.
  • Has qualification in a business related/commercial function (desirable).
