What you would do as our part-time Transformation Leader

 

As our Transformation Leader you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and Kadex leadership team in transforming the organisation from a small entrepreneurial structure into a scalable organisation fully integrated within Global Offering.

 

This is a part-time role (approximately 60%).

 

You would also:

* Develop organisational structures aligned with growth ambitions, including defining roles, responsibilities and leadership layers.

* Support the Managing Director and leadership team in translating strategy into scalable organisational design and ways of working.

* Drive hands-on transformation initiatives across HR and organisational development, ensuring execution in practice.

* Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including defining hiring needs, running selection processes and supporting onboarding.

* Support change management initiatives across the organisation, enabling adoption of new ways of working.

 

The skills and experience you need

 

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience in organisational transformation, HR transformation, consultancy or operational leadership in scaling environments.

* Has experience in recruitment and managing end-to-end hiring processes.

* Has worked in organisations undergoing growth, scaling or structural change.

* Is comfortable operating in evolving and unstructured environments.

* Is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to switch between design and execution.
