We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Wijchen) to drive the future of our digital products, solutions, and services. This is a strategic role with significant influence on business growth, innovation, and product success across the entire lifecycle.

What you would do as Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a portfolio of products, services, and digital solutions. You will work closely with development teams, sales, marketing, customers, and senior stakeholders to ensure our offerings remain high-performing, scalable, and aligned with market needs

You would also

  • Define and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital products, services, and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into successful market offerings.
  • Coordinate product prioritization and choice-making processes to maximize business value and market impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and external partners to support commercialization and product growth.
  • Own product performance, profitability, regulatory compliance, and information security throughout the lifecycle.

The skills and experience you need.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has master’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical background and experience.
  • Has extensive experience in product development and product management, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Has strong knowledge of Agile and Lean product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Is fluent in English and passionate about innovation, customer value, and technology-driven solutions.
