Head of Business Operations Global Offering

Join our Global Offering team and play a key role in shaping a newly established business unit. As Head of Business Operations, you will work closely with the Head of Global Offering to establish ways of working, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that our business scales effectively as we continue to grow. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible hybrid working model and can be based close to an ASSA ABLOY office within Continental Europe. This position reports to Martin Reidevall, Head of Global Offering Senior Care.

What you would do as our Head of Business Operations

As our Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for developing how Global Offering operates across teams and countries. Acting as a key partner to the business leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and help turn strategy into execution.

You would also:

• Develop and improve common ways of working across the business unit.
• Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Product Management, R&D, Delivery, and Operations teams.
• Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and support predictable delivery and capacity planning.
• Lead Product Managers and support the development of scalable support and governance structures.
• Use data, KPIs, and performance insights to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.

The skills and experience you need

You are an experienced leader who enjoys bringing people together, creating structure, and enabling teams to succeed. You combine strategic thinking with a practical approach and are comfortable working across functions, organizations, and cultures.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in business operations, operations management, product operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Has worked successfully in international and cross-functional environments.
• Understands operational governance, business processes, and S&OP.
• Builds alignment across teams and stakeholders and communicates effectively.
• Uses data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Communicates confidently in spoken and written Dutch and English across international teams and stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
