We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the DACH region that will report to the EMEA Sales Director. Your primary responsibilities will be to protect and grow existing revenues, maximize Identity & Access Management Solutions (IAMS) footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID customers.

You will have to effectively identify new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID Global’s market position. You will be responsible to sell enterprise software solutions, credentials, and card technology. As Regional Sales manager, you will develop and execute a business plan to grow the territory through established relationships, working with our channel partners and when appropriate recruiting new distributor and reseller partners in addition to developing new relationships.

As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:


  • Meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive regional business plan.
  • Continually building and growing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Successfully managing all aspects of sales process.
  • Identifying, recruiting, onboarding and training new Channel Partners specific to the Workforce products by vertical/solution.
  • Organizing and maintaining monthly business reviews with key partners for increased productivity, enhanced services, and sales/revenue visibility.
  • Managing channel partners relevant to the Workforce BU, within the framework of the HID’s Advantage Partner Program (APP). This may include recommendations on new/improved content to improve the Partner experience within the APP.
  • Working closely with pre-sales & post sales teams.
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (

Your Qualifications and Experience include:        


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience, preferably in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.
