Traka & KEYper is entering an exciting phase of expansion across the DACH region. The role
You'll own business development across the DACH region, driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships with customers, system integrators, resellers and OEM partners. With the backing of ASSA ABLOY, you'll have the autonomy to shape how the business grows and expands its market presence.
You'll also lead and develop a growing business development and technical team, building the capability, structure and culture needed to support the next phase of growth across the region.
What you'll work on
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic relationships with customers, system integrators, resellers and OEM partners.
- Expand our partner network to increase market presence and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Coach and grow a high-performing business development and technical team.
- Collaborate with international sales, marketing, product and technical teams to deliver regional initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting and regional strategy through customer and market insights.
- Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience by enabling partners to deliver successful implementations and ongoing support.
What will help you succeed
- Proven success driving business growth within access control, security technology, building automation, software or another B2B technology environment.
- Experience developing partner-led sales channels with system integrators, resellers and strategic partners.
- Experience leading and developing teams (at least 5 years) within a commercial environment.
- A strategic, customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance long-term thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluent German and English, with the willingness to travel across the DACH region and internationally.
